In order to make a "Profit", that means the company has to FIRST pay ALLLLLL of its operating expenses...WHICH INCLUDES EMPLOYEE PAYROLL & COMPENSATION. Which means...EVERYONE has received EXACTLY what they voluntarily contracted and agreed to receive in exchange for their knowledge, skills and abilities. 2) What are "Excessive Profits"? If a company makes "Excessive Profits"...but then shares a majority of those profits with the employees...are they STILL "Excessive Profits"? 3) If there is such a thing as "Excessive Profits", and employees feel "entitled" to a portion of any "Excessive Profits" if and when the company does exceedingly well...do those employees have the integrity of character to volunteer to take a paycut when the company is failing?
