Aurelio Rodriguez es un experto aeromodelista que desde hace muchos años participa en los Festivales Aeronáuticos organizados por la DINAE – FAP, la misma Dirección a la cual está adscrita la Oficina Ovni de la Fuerza Aérea Peruana (DIFAA), la misma que se acaba de pronunciar hace unas horas, diciendo que el Ovni es un “Cometa”, mostrando hasta ahora como única prueba, la foto del sr. De acordo com suas revelações, o comando da Casa Militar também envolve Tarek el Aissami, governador do estado de Aragua e relacionado com redes islâmicas, e José David Cabello, superintendente do Seniat (agência fiscal e aduaneira) e ministro da Indústria, que é irmão do presidente da Assembleia Nacional. José David Cabello seria responsável pelas finanças do Cartel dos Sóis. Salazar aponta como instância para a lavagem de dinheiro a companhia nacional de petróleo, PDVSA, cujo presidente entre 2004 e 2014, Rafael Ramirez, foi nomeado em dezembro embaixador ante o Conselho de Segurança da ONU. Seu testemunho, de acordo com as citadas fontes próximas à investigação, ratificou muitos dos dados que já passara a DEA Eladio Aponte, que foi chefe de seção do Supremo Tribunal da Venezuela e, em 2012, fugira para os EUA como testemunha protegida. O caso contra Diosdado Cabello está intimamente ligado à acusação formal anunciada no ano passado pelos ministérios públicos federais de Nova York e Miami contra o general da Venezuela, Hugo Carvajal, durante muito tempo chefe da Direcção de Inteligência Militar. O anúncio se fizera quando Carvajal, vulgo “o Frango”, foi preso em julho na ilha holandesa de Aruba, vizinha da Venezuela, a pedido dos EUA, que exigiu a sua extradição. No entanto, Aruba permitiu a fuga do general graças às pressões do governo Maduro. Carvajal vinha sendo considerado o grande operador do Cartel dos Sóis, mas a informação de Salazar situa “o Frango” sob as ordens de Cabello. Em relação ao vínculo com Havana, Salazar teria mencionado o uso regular de aviões da PDVSA para transportar droga em voos preparados pelo filho de Chávez e o filho de German Sanchez Otero – que foi embaixador de Cuba em Caracas até 2009 -, com conivência deste e de outros funcionários cubanos. O destino final dos carregamentos teria sido os EUA. As fontes relacionadas com a investigação especulam que Sanchez Otero, de grande sintonia com Chávez, foi removido do cargo de embaixador depois da descoberta de um esconderijo em um desses voos, o que resultou embaraçoso para o regime castrista.
