In the meanwhile, Legislative is voted by people and Executive is too, during, the democrats party or Republicans party, it is controlling for its branch. However, Private Law is nominated by Executive and therefore, private law is had independence in all. For example, the Bush and Al Gore were not fair to Our United States Constitution and therefore, a Chief Justice should be voted by the American people, but the campaign runs for Chief Justice should not have membership of democrats or republicans parties in order to keep independent way. If the Chief Justice could not do good job, he will be fired by his people' ballots because a chief Justice is represented by American people who are without party when Legislative would have democrats party or Republican party that looks like Executive branch and therefore, we need a chief Justice without party because he or she can not belong to Executive who nominates him or her, so he or she should frankly do his or her job to base on our American Constitution.
