I purchased it just coz of its design, thinking a fan on Snapdeal should be good, and took the risk of purchasing. I get it installed after 4-5 days Read more ... of delivery and within 4-5 days one of the fans stopped working. Contacted Snapdeal, got a reply that "As it is more than 7 day so we can’t return", they have 7 days return policy. They didn’t bother to call to help me with the warranty details, nor shared the details of any service center nor the contact details of the seller. Would like to caution my friends about the snap deal’s unfriendly return policy. How can they have uniform return policy for all the product categories. Careless attitude towards the customers after selling product. Never buy any product of any unknown brand like Black Cat etc. or technical products which we expect will last for many years & for which we need more than 7 days to understand if it is good or not, specially from Snapdeal as it doesn’t care to fix the problem. I tried to search the contact details of the company making Black Cat, but couldn’t locate, however it seems they are selling many products. Fan looks sturdy in photo, but are actually very light & blades are very poor. So kindly avoid taking risk of buying any electrical/ electronics product of this brand. Please share this post with your other contacts to prevent them from buying any product from sites like snapdeal having poor return policy of unknown brands. Thanks Jayashree Dubey
