The manager was rude, unfriendly, and unwilling to accommodate a paying consumer. He refused to contact the store manager, and he refused to offer any alternatives to resolve my issue even though the corporate geek squad stated that he had several alternatives he could have offered. Is it a race situation, I do not know, but what I do know is that customer service at this Sandhill location is missing and someone needs to help them find out what it means because according to what I was told to my face by the Sandhills Best Buys geek squad they need to do what’s best for the company. Oh, and I did request for the store manager to contact me, even though he was in the store but simply was too busy to speak to me as well. I provided my contact information and reference number for him to review the situation, yet by the end of the day he still had not bothered to call.
This is not the first bad experience I have encountered with this particularly manager or at this store; I sent in a customer complaint via email and received an auto reply back advising that the company will review their policies. I do not feel that is acceptable, considering that I still have a problem. Therefore, I will be writing a formal letter to the corporate office regarding this matter. In the meantime, please share this with your friends.
