We dont see your entitled to it since in 2009 you had a prior injury First of all im not suing Cumberland county im suing a insurance company and second of all the accident happened in jersey city not in cumberland county and 3rd i was working in the painters union and working in 2012 what does 2009 have to do with a driver hitting me in 2012 and putting me on permanent disability.
