Coloma said arrests, for example, could not be made until after June 30 when Aquino’s term officially ends.
CPP and New People's Army (NPA) Chairman Sison , who was a former professor of Duterte, had strongly urged the presumptive Philippine President to have "Noynoy" Aquino and Budget Secretary Florencio Abad arrested in connection with the anomalous MULTI-BILLION PESOS and now defunct Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).
