U Thein Sein who is violating both civil servants law & Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (2008) President U Thein Sein transferred 40 senior government officials to the different departments of other Read more ... ministries by the order of 577 /252-transfer / rum(2013 ) dated March 27, 2013.It was unconstitutional & against the civil servants law. U Thein Sein broke civil servants law section 38,44,45 and 48 (c). Moreover he violated Chapter 5 section 208 and Chapter 8 section 347 and 375 of 2008 constitution.For example, Chapter 5 section 208 means The President,in accord with the law, may appoint and dismiss Heads of the Bodies of Civil Services . So he has no authority to manage 40 senior government officials.He misapplied his authority to act like Yingluck. Transferring them to other different ministries from their mother ministries is unconstitutional and against the civil servants law. There is no to transfer any government staff to another ministries both in constitution and civil servants law.Therefore 40 senior government officials apologize to President U Thein Sein to abolish the unconstitutional our order and to give transfer 40 senior government officials to their departments of mother ministries. 40 senior government officials
