But Venezuela, as you well know is a mega oil country that is so corrupt, entrenched that Caracas, the capital city ,is the number one dangerous city in the planet. Tens of thousands are dead per year due to crime. Maduro has handed Venezuela in a silver platter to Cuba and China.
