Fair Housing WINS! This is wonderful especially after their gutting of the Voter Rights Act. The logic of this court is very difficult to follow.
You are correct about this vital decision. However, you do a disservice by not also emphasizing the impact of Friday's other decision, which bans federal prosecutors from employing sec. 922(g) to coerce the most vulnerable among us to forego our day in court.

Same sex marriage does not hurt you. No one is trying to ban heterosexual marriages. You are just upset because the US constitution and the Supreme court won't allow Christians to force there beliefs on everyone else.

Mr. Huckabee seems to be a little confused to me - There's a big difference between fighting FOR human rights (as MLK did), and AGAINST human rights (as he intends).
No one has to perform a ceremony as a minister if they dont want to, so what are they resisting? A church leader nearly did not allow us to choose our own pastor for our wedding because he'd been divorced.

The court did not make law, it did un-make some, however. The court took a step to demonstrate that the constitution of the U.S. does not permit discrimination. The faith communities will do what they will. If they profess that civil disobedience is necessary, then so be it. As for your fellow man, a very wise man once said;"as you treat the least of these, so you treat me." And I for one, do not believe that he was only addressing children.

Martin Luther King was right when he said “Love is greater than like.” God absolutely requires us to love everyone. Brilliant and talented politician, do not spit on God's Holy Word in utter disregard and totally disrespect what He has decreed and declared. Yes, you're my politician and not my pastor. Also remember that you are a public servant to all the people and should not discriminate against any of the people whether you agree or disagree. It takes backbone to be fair and impartial.

God has decreed and declared in His Holy Word, the Bible, that marriage is between a man and woman. Let us not fall into the deep cesspool of sin of discriminating against people, black listing people, and outright ostracizing people from the public square, because their world view is biblically centered with love and not hate. Most brilliant and talented politicians and mover and shakers, if you discriminate biblical world views based in love and not hate, then you do a great injustice to the people. Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was absolutely right when he wrote in his historic letter from the Birmingham Jail that “injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
C.) THE BIBLE with great love and great compassion warns against all unrigteousness, and lovingly clearly points out that no effeminate person, also adulterer, and etc.would make it into the Kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9
