La sede educativa de Perico perteneciente al Centro Educativo del Caribe-Zona Rural de Riohacha-se encuentra sin luz desde hace 15 días. Los niños y docentes se ven agobiados por las altas temperat Read more ... uras y se han presentado casos de desmayos entre los niños. Esta sede educativa, no cuenta con el servicio de agua a pesar de que la administración de Rafael Ceballos, cerraba con broche de oro la pomposa "caravana de las Obras", asegurando que Perico por fin tendría agua después de 200 años. El agua que llega durante 15 minutos al día no es apta para el consumo humano(insalubre). Por otro lado, los niños con ayuda de los maestros, les corresponde el aseo de los salones de clase. No cuentan con pupitres en optimas condiciones. El restaurante escolar se ve flamante, pero a los niños, les toca consumir la precaria "ración alimenticia" en los salones de clase.
A un numero de 100 estudiantes, les toca sufrir el suplicio del abandono estatal, municipal,departamental.Para colmo de males, las "ias" no funcionan(contraloría, procuraduría, fiscalía ,defensoría del pueblo)
