I called time warner on monday 9/7/15 and was told to talk to the rewards center. I called the rewards center and they said we had been issued a code and it expired on august 30th. Now why would anyone in their right mind who got a code to get a $300 reward card let that code expire??? Obviously we never got the code and that is what I told the lady i talked to from the rewards center on tuesday 9/8/15. She told me I needed to talk to time warner so I called time warner on the morning of 9/8/15 and a ticket was created regarding this concern. I was told we would get a phone call in 3 business days, when my husband called was told we would get an email and a letter in 3-5 business days. To many different stories from each person we talked to. It is now 9/13/15 and we have heard NOTHING. We filed a report with the better business bureau but please help us get out $300 reward card.
