My HP desktop PC is misbehaving.
I mistakenly pressed the power button, which forced the system to shutdown. Then, on putting it on again as usual, the monitor is blank while the system unit powered. The fans, CD-drive, and other Read more ... components are working but nothing displays on the monitor.
The monitor still shows green light, which indicates it's powered.
I tried the system unit with another monitor, still no joy, same blank, black screen.
I tried it with another working DB15 cable, still no joy, friends.
I listened for beep or beeps from the BIOS, but nothing.
All I get is that the system unit is powered and working, but nothing displays on the monitor...not even a flicker.
Pls, I need help to resolve this issue.
