Protesters in favor of Ms Rousseff’s impeachment shackled themselves in the Brazilian House

An eight people group was Shackled to each other by themselves in the early afternoon of Wednesday (28) to one of the two pillars of the Green Room of the Brazilian House of Representatives to pressure the Speaker of the House, Mr. Cunha (PMDB-RJ), to accept the request to open the impeachment proceedings against President Ms. Rousseff. The hall provides access to voting plenary and is a place where parliamentarians circulate.
Seated around the pilaster, the demonstrators shackled to each other by handcuffs. Their intention is to remain in place as long as they may resist. The Legislative Police tried to negotiate a way out of them, but the protesters did not gave up.

As mayor, Mr. Cunha has the power to decide alone on the opening or not impeachment requests. Around 17h, a protester did not feel well and had to assisted by the brigade staff of the House of Representatives. According to the National Alliance spokesman of Democratic Movements, Carla Zambelli, the protester who got sick is called Valeria Lugon and is a member of the NASRUAS Movement from Uberlândia (Minas Gerais State).

Um grupo de oito pessoas se acorrentou no início da tarde desta quarta-feira (28) a uma das colunas do Salão Verde da Câmara dos Deputados para pressionar o presidente da Casa, Eduardo Cunha (PMDB-RJ), a aceitar o pedido de abertura de processo de impeachment contra a presidente Dilma Rousseff. O salão dá acesso a plenários de votação e é um local por onde circulam os parlamentares.
Sentados em volta da pilastra, os manifestantes estão presos um ao outro por algemas. A intenção deles é permanecer no local até quando resistirem. A Polícia Legislativa tentou negociar a saída deles, mas os manifestantes não cederam.

Nos bastidores, parlamentares defensores da abertura do processo de afastamento de Dilma reclamam da demora de Cunha em decidir sobre os pedidos. Eles afirmam que o peemedebista estaria ensaiando uma aproximação com o governo para garantir a manutenção de seu mandato parlamentar.
Cunha é alvo de uma representação no Conselho de Ética, que deverá abrir na semana que vem um processo contra ele por suposta quebra de decoro. O processo pode resultar em sanções como censura, advertência e perda do mandato.

Por volta das 17h, uma manifestante não se sentiu bem e precisou ser socorrida pela equipe de brigadistas da Câmara dos Deputados. De acordo com a porta-voz da Aliança Nacional dos Movimentos Democráticos, Carla Zambelli, a manifestante que passou mal se chama Valéria Lugon e é integrante do Movimento Vem Pra Rua de Uberlândia.
"A Valéria não estava algemada, mas acompanhava a manifestação. Ela teve uma queda de pressão, foi atendida e passa bem. Ela inclusive passou aqui, disse que estava tudo bem e deixou a Câmara", contou Carla.
Carla Zambelli afirmou também que, agora, os manifestantes acorrentados pretendem pernoitar no Salão Verde. "Vamos dormir aqui, vamos ficar até sensibilizar o Cunha a acolher um pedido de impeachment", projetou.
Enquanto se deslocava para o plenário da Câmara dos Deputados, Eduardo Cunha chegou a falar com os manifestantes acorrentados. Eles pediram ao presidente da Casa que acolha imediatamente um dos pedidos de impeachment da presidente Dilma Rousseff.
“Nós vamos fazer a decisão mais célere que for possível fazer, mas eu pediria a vocês que – se vocês quiserem, recebo vocês com o maior prazer –, mas vocês já fizeram o protesto de vocês. Não precisam ficar nessa condição”, solicitou Cunha aos manifestantes.
Mesmo após o diálogo com o peemedebista, os manifestantes afirmaram que continuarão acorrentados a uma das pilastras do Salão Verde até o fim da ordem do dia.

Estoy realmente cansado y podrido de la corrupción polític Read more ... a (no solo de CFk , Menem y demás Gobiernos que pasaron ) que es el mal uso del poder público para conseguir una ventaja ilegítima como son los nombramientos descarados y desmesurados en todos los entes del estado, generalmente de forma secreta y privada. El término opuesto a corrupción política es transparencia que mucha falta hace a nuestros políticos actuales y espero el cambio en el que viene. Por esta razón se puede hablar del nivel de corrupción o de transparencia de un Estado. Todos los tipos de gobierno son susceptibles de corrupción política. Las formas de corrupción varían, pero las más comunes son el uso ilegítimo de información privilegiada, el tráfico de drogas, el patrocinio, y también los sobornos, las extorsiones, los fraudes, la malversación, la monarquía, el caudillismo, la cooptación, el nepotismo, la impunidad, y el despotismo que lo vemos a diario en Argentina con esta gente del FPV . La corrupción facilita a menudo otro tipo de hechos criminales como el narcotráfico, el lavado de dinero, y la prostitución ilegal; aunque no se restringe a estos crímenes organizados, y no siempre apoya o protege otros crímenes. Una situación de corrupción política sin restricciones se conoce como cleptocracia, término que significa literalmente "gobierno por ladrones". Las causas pueden ser endógenas (internas) o exógenas (externas): Entre las muchas causas endógenas (las que tienen que ver con el individuo) podemos enlistar las siguientes:
Carencia de una conciencia social.
Falta de educación o de una cultura del compromiso.
Paradigmas distorsionados y negativos.
Personalidades antisociales y megalomanía.
Percepción sesgada del grado de corrupción presente.
Infravaloración de la posibilidad de ser descubierto.
Como elementos Exógenos de la corrupción (los que dependen de la sociedad), tenemos:
Impunidad efectiva en los actos de corrupción.
Corporativismo partidista.
Modelos sociales que transmiten una falta de valores, realizando una carencia de estos.
Excesivo poder discrecional del funcionario público.
Concentración de poderes y de decisión en ciertas actividades del gobierno.
Discrecionalidad y escasez de decisiones colegiadas.
Soborno internacional.
Control económico o legal sobre los medios de comunicación que impiden se expongan a la luz pública los casos de corrupción.
Salarios demasiado bajos.
Falta de transparencia en la información concerniente a la utilización de los fondos públicos y de los procesos de decisión.
Poca eficiencia de la administración pública.
Extrema complejidad del sistema que se dividen en tres tipos: económicos, político-institucionales y culturales .Por favor Hermanos Argentinos realmente no da más con todo esto escrito arriba, se los ruego que cambiemos en OCTUBRE toda esta mugre enquistada en todo el Estado Argentino .Ellos se van llenos de dinero de la Corrupción y nosotros seguimos pagando sus cuentas con mucha sangre de hermanos derramada todos los días por este GRAN FLAGELO QUE SE LLAMA CORRUPCIÓN DESCARNADA DE CFK Y SU GRUPO DE INDIGNOS. Nosotros los Argentinos somos buenos pero no estúpidos aunque parezca , demostremos en Octubre que aprendimos esta lección de tantos Charlatanes como ANIBAL FERNANDEZ , que solo piensan en su bienestar y no en la del PUEBLO ARGENTINO .Basta Por Dios ya Crecemos y Pagamos muy caro nuestro error de Votar a cualquiera por su discurso barato , desproporcionado y Mentiroso .
