Clare Clare first found and fell in love with yoga at 18 and began teaching as a qualified sun power yoga instructor several years later in 2009. After years of attending various courses and workshops she has developed a style that is a creative fusion of hatha, flow, and power yoga, with influences from Jivamukti, Iyengar and less linear styles as taught by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. Classes include breath, asana, hand mudra's, and relaxation to promote a feeling of inner and outer radiance. Responsive to the needs of her class, Clare provides a nourishing and welcoming atmosphere for beginners to intermediates. Clare has taught various classes around London from 1-2-1's, private group sessions, big community classes and women's wellness workshops. She has now moved from the city to the garden of England in Kent, and settled in a small estate within magnificent grounds. With many retreats and healing get-aways on the horizon, collaborating with other wonderful teachers, she hopes to bring peace and wellbeing to all who visit. Cloud Neun "I teach yoga because I believe it has the power to free us. It is a practice that takes us deep, it's inspiring, fun and often more than a little testing! But it has the capacity to teach us, guide us and show us who we really are, all judgement stripped away. It lays us bare in the most beautiful way, you and your ego face to face." Ultimately it's not about one lonely persons struggle for vanity, it's about Shakti, the universal power that guides us all. Cloud Neun has been led all over the world by her love of yoga, exploring asana, meditation and Tantra. She is always learning and feels honoured to share that journey with her students. Yoga is a movement meditation, an offering of how you move through life and conveying this stillness and freedom is at the core of how Cloud Neun teaches. Her classes are slow and strong, challenging and peaceful, like riding a big wave in the ocean. Cloud Neun is a firm believer that through steady practice and devotion, all people – regardless of age, gender, race or religion – can experience the Oneness of Yoga. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pg/CloudNeunSpirit Website: http://www.cloudneunspirit.com Roz "Hello I am Roz. I have been sensitive to spirit and to that which is unseen all my life but only recently became aware of the wonderful gift of trance by allowing myself to be used as a channel with the intention of bringing forth philosophy, healing and teachings from the world of spirit. This journey of self discovery has allowed me to become who I truly am and also to help others along the way who are looking for their truth and way of being. Through the medium of trance spirit have been able to reach out to those in need and help them find their way to fulfilling their life purpose and finding peace within." Honor Honor began yoga in secondary school. She’s the daughter of Prem Rawat devotees so grew up immersed in a yogic world view. Honor completed her British Wheel of Yoga teacher training in 2006 and qualified as an Iyengar teacher nine years ago and is now working on her Senior certification. She’s been teaching busy classes and one to ones in London with enthusiasm and commitment. The highlight of her yoga journeying has been her work studying with teachers and devoted practitioners in India, especially BKS Iyengar and his daughter Geeta Iyengar and son Prashant Iyengar in Pune on a number of intensives. Honor has taught in Thailand, Australia and India – as well as at La Cesa in Tuscany. Honor has been chanting mantras since she began yoga – always loving the chant to Patanjali. She started drumming lessons two years ago, bought singing bowls in India, and since meeting Gayatri making sound has been an integral part of her practice. Her teaching is inclusive, dynamic, deeply inventive and totally focussed on where yoga is leading us. Gayatri Gayatri uses a combination of Sanskrit Chants, Rainbow Songs, Voicework and Sound Healing in her work. Gayatri teaches sound and movement explorations to encourage people to tap into their creativity and go into their heart space. Even those who thought they’d never sing or chant find themselves responding to Gayatri’s circle, losing their inhibitions and making sound spontaneously and joyfully. Gayatri has been studying the practice of Voicework and Chanting since 2006, her primary teachers being Stewart Pearce, Nikki Slade and Chloe Goodchild. In the summer 2015 she attended a Sound Healing course with Tim Wheater and Cherubelle Sanson. Later in the year, she studied with Sanj Hall, in playing gongs and learning more singing bowls techniques. In 2016 she trained with Ashera in Solfeggio Tuning Fork therapy.
