The case was filed by Abdul Ghaffar as per directives by the court. The plaintiff stated that he had been living at his place since 1956 but DG excise and taxation along with others threatened him to death and illegally occupied the land. According to investigation officer, Rehman Angaria, Jameel Javaid, Nadeem Javaid and Shakeel have been booked in the case while an investigation into the matter has also been launched. The officer said that stern action against the culprits would be taken after completing the probe.
