During this week, the ruling Maldivian Government has did conspiracy and has arranged the Goondas to attack Indians at Maldives with knives. They are using this strategy to create bad impression towards the recently detained former President Nasheed's Political Party. Indian National Robert Samstalin and few other Indians has been stabbed with knife and they were hospitalised. The ruling Maldivian Government exercise dictatorship and has forced the Media by not to publish any of these news. I condemn the Officials of Indian Embassy who have chased away the Indian Nationals for approaching the Indian Embassy to register their complaints, by saying that they can't do anything!! I have raised this issue before the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly through the "Calling Attention for matters of urgent public importance". Also I have send petitions demanding the Indian Government for immediate action towards the Union Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, External Affairs, Tamil Nadu Commissionerate of Rehabilitation & Welfare of Non Resident Tamils, Offices of President and Prime Minister over postal, email & fax. So far not action has been taken. Hence, I condemn the irresponsibility of Indian Government!!
