She received her Teacher of the year award at the end of November and 2 weeks later was asked Read more ... to leave Wilkinson Early Childhood development school. This news story has been featured local on Fox 2 news, KMOV 4 and Fox news national as well as People.com.
Kelly Hahn is amazing woman, teacher, wife and mother that is truly the glue that helps hold Wilkinson together. She is an advocate for not only the school but for the local community as well. The kicker, she doesn't even live in the community but chooses to be there, chooses to help the community and school grow everyday. She is the kind of teacher that every school district in America would want, because she is truly engaged in shaping our children to be the future building blocks of our community.
The superintendent, Dr. KELVIN Adams has received over 200 emails from parents of past and current students urging the school board and he to reconsider the injustice that is being bestowed on Kelly Hahn. This amazing teacher, not only had the support of so many parent and fellow teachers, but also has the support of the child's parents involved in the incident.
As parents and a parent of child in Mrs.Hahns class, we are trying to bring more awareness to amazing teacher who is losing not only her job bit her career over false allegations.
PLEASE....we urge you to contact Dana Dana M Crimmins- Evans, Wilkinson PTO president for information on this story. We need your help and every parents help who believes in supporting amazing teachers that help shape our children's future. Please help bring her home and back to our children. Because in the end...it's the children that are being sacrificed.
