Menzi Solomon Shange 'The Boogieman Exposed - Government Institutions, weak, corrupt, dysfunctional'

Such politicians use the boogieman white racism to hide their counterrevolutionary offensive against the poor.
Black industrialist programme and such laughable pipedreams aren't worth the computer they're written on because they're already doomed. With this kind of leaders, who needs white racists?
One example of how the black politician destroy value is Mafikeng. We inherited a functioning city, clean and progressive. For about 10 years now under democracy, the municipality's waste management is non-existent, the council doesn't meet, there is no functioning annual plan, nothing.
I am not denying the existence of white racism or the high entry barriers it maintains to exclude SMEs in various sectors. Indeed, Spar manager at Parktown may reject a proposal from a prospective black confectionary in preference for an old school mate. An Indian or Chinese owner of a a Jumbo cosmetics retailer may choose one of his own Moslem or Buddhist to be the supplier of hairpieces despite that Thapelo's wife is superior in terms of quality, speed and price. The racism that is there occupies the vacuum left by policy failure.
The white population is, at 10%, too small to affect public services or SME development strategy of provinces or governments. In fact, most whites, if not all, want the ANC and the black man to succeed.
Whites know and accept that this is a black man's country and do not wish ill for it
I interact with various institutions and governments, including organized agriculture, consultancies, banks and universities. I am certain of the fact that there are enough people who are working for economic transformation and black business development.
Tragically, our government institutions are the weakest link in most regions - weak, corrupt, dysfunctional
