Greg Arthur I BELIEVE THIS WAS AN ILLEGAL TRAFFIC STOP! He was being pulled over for his middle or third ( Cyclops light ). If you listen to the officer he says " you have a brake light out" NOT A BROKEN ONE! For Tom Fuentes to claim it's broken, is just stupid
