I just spoke with your Disability Department. You might as well do away with this department as you are not doing anything to assist people with disabilities.
Thank you for letting me know that we w Read more ... ill have to pay extra for all of Truett's medical equipment and that you won't be making an exception given that this trip is medically necessary, that this is the ONLY way to get his equipment to the other coast, and that my 1.5 year old son who is paralyzed and on life support, can't live more than a minute without.
Thank you for not providing me with a gate pass to help my husband with all of this equipment, liquid prescriptions, and our child through security. I am aware that on the day of departure, I might be able to get one at that time, but you can't guarantee it. We don't have enough stress or anxiety in our lives, so we welcome the opportunity to worry about this. Oh, and if you wont' allow me to help you also won't provide my husband with any help, either. Your policy and management is practically screaming, "We don't care." Thanks! Got it!
We purchased 4 roundtrip tickets on your airline for this trip but in the future we will not be flying your airline again.
Our son, Truett, has been undiagnosed for almost 1.5 years. Most likely his illness is not genetic. What happened to Truett could happen to anyone's child. It's better for everyone that we figure this out sooner than later. Wake up! Children all over America are becoming paralyzed and doctors do not know why. However, we now know where United Airlines stands on disability, American children's health, and doing the right thing. The bottom line is all that matters. That's no way to run a company. Shame on you, United Airlines!
