I enjoy getting mail 6 times a week delivered to my mail box. This is a service I look forward to every day. I think if everyone would use the USPS they would be able to continue a great service. That means we need to stop using UPS and Fed Express for packages. I have desided to stop using companies that use these company that are detrimental to my country and to refuse to accept ant packages from these 2 companies. Danny Troxell MAIL DELIVERED ON SUNDAY ... yes u heard me right ... today on Sunday I the mail left a package in my mailbox ... even though the USPS is closed on Sunday ... or is it ... I ordered some items from Amazon.com ... they sent me a notification that the Read more ... item has been sent ... but wait ... when the USPS sent me a notification of a tracking number on the item ... it said estimated delivery date will be on SUNDAY ! ... sunday ? ... I have never gotten a package on sunday and if u go to info on the net for all USPS in my big large city ... all of them r closed on Sunday and some of them even closed on Saturday with NO MAIL DELIVERY .. so what is going on ... I actually ignored it .. that is .. until today ... the tracking today on Sunday said my item has been DELIVERED ! .. delivered ? ... on Sunday ? ... I was in disbelief ... but ... curious ... I went downstairs and checked my mailbox .. yes there it was ... in my mailbox ... DELIVERED ! ... I am actually still in shock .. so I gets on the net and search for conclusion of why the USPS delivered mail to me on Sunday ... and I got more in shock .. u see .. if a sender designates items to be delivered on Sunday if possible the USPS will make special exceptions and what I learned is that the USPS actually is open 7 days a week no matter what hours they say they r open and closed .. and yes they do deliver on Sunday if the sender says so .. otherwise common mail is only delivered the hours they designate public ... now I know and u do too .. u can have mail delivered on SUNDAY ! ... YEEEPEEEEE ! ... my movies came today on Sunday ... Thanx Amazon.com !
