Read more ... oreign language speaker. Are we Americans that lazy to read subtitles? You do use subtitles for someone speaking with a very heavily accented English. I would rather listen to the speaker in his or her native tongue and see if the translation was accurate.
The news media in Taiwan almost always use subtitles no matter which foreign language is spoken. If you still insist on using voiceovers, maybe you can offer a compromise by offering non dubbed audio on the SAP audio channel.
