By not having a female host in your show's history, it sends a Read more ... message. Just like the decades of not having female news anchors sent a message. It took them something like 50 years, but they finally got there. When will you? What do women need to do to be equally considered for the job of being a Daily Show host? Why can women write for the show, be occasional on air correspondents for the show, and work in crew positions on the show, but not be the actual host of The Daily Show? I hope you will take this respectful feedback to heart and evolve the show to increase the involvement of female comedians in late night comedy. #ourtimehascome
